Are you ready for Desertmartin?
Round four of the 2019 Judd KTM British Youth Championship will take place at Desertmartin in Northern Ireland on August 17th and 18th.
Desertmartin is one of the few tracks that has full planning permission for year-round use.
'The Desert' as it is affectionatley known, has been developed over the years and is classed as one of the best tracks in the World by many riders. It has played host to many races from club to national and World Championship events including the FIM World Motocross Championship, Maxxis ACU British Motocross Championship and of course the British Youth Motocross Championship. While the sandy terrain certainly creates some memorable racing and it is of course a great experience for riders.
Ahead of the round we wanted to ensure that you are fully prepared and know what is required for the event in Northern Ireland.
Irish Competitors - Must hold a valid MRA/MCUI Licence
All other competitiors must have start permission and an ACU/SACU licence (Both must be shown at signing on, on arrival to the event)
Start permission cost is included in Round 4's entry when booking in via the RHL Activities website.
Riders under the age of 16 Start Permission Fee - £42.00
Riders over the age of 16 Start Permission Fee - £58.00
Start permission will be presented at the welcome office
PLEASE NOTE ANY RIDER WHO DOES NOT HAVE THE VALID LICENCE OR START PERMISSION ON ARRIVAL TO THE EVENT WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO RIDE

Weston Beach Race postponed to the 1st ,2nd ,3rd Oct 2021
The Weston Beach Race which has been held in Weston-super-Mare for 37 years, was due to take place between Friday 8th October and Sunday 11th October.
RHL Activities, the organisers behind the event have worked closely with North Somerset Council to host the event, with major investment in additional infrastructure and services to comply with COVID guidelines, unfortunately despite all the organisers efforts and working with the National Outdoor Events Association (NOEA) and the Council, North Somerset Council has reluctantly now had to made the difficult decision to postpone the event, under the current pandemic we are all in and the need to protect residents and visitors against spread of the virus.
