Jaygo Beasty looks to Whitby for the British Youth Championship this weekend
We are just five days away from the second round of the Judd KTM British Youth Championship at Whitby in Yorkshire. We caught up with Jaygo Beasty who will be looking to have another strong weekend in the Official British Youth Motocross Championship after ending the 2019 season opener in 8th in the Big Wheel 85cc class.
"Looking ahead to this weekend I am looking to improve on round one and hopefully get a top six overall in Whitby. I have been to the circuit before with the pro nationals series a number of years ago and have always wanted to ride it. It's a hardpack track which should be fun with some big jumps. I think there will be a level playing field across the class as I don't think many have raced there before." says Jaygo Beasty #262
"During events we try and get out on the bike as much as we can but currently I am working on recovering from a damaged shoulder so been working on my physio to build up my strength. Finally my goal for this season in the Judd KTM British Youth Championship is to hopefully gain a top 6 at the end of the season which I would be happy with as I have had three bad seasons due to injury." Concludes Beasty
If you would like to see the Official British Youth Championship riders in action then head to Whitby, Yorkshire this weekend (8th & 9th June)
