Max Ingham on winning the 2019 Judd KTM ACU British Open Championship at Little Silver
On Sunday 8th September HCR Yamaha rider Max Ingham took the Judd KTM ACU British Open Championship title at Little Silver. Little Silver hosted the penultimate round of the Judd KTM British Youth Championship. Max has been with the British Youth Championship since he was on a 65cc and has worked his way through the ranks and ended his youth motocross career as a British Champion.
We caught up with Max to see how he felt after being crowned ACU British Open Champion.
"I have ridden in the BYN Championship since my 65cc days and I haven't missed a round since. It has always been my goal to win the Official ACU Championship. This year I have tried to stay consistent, scoring points at each round and keeping myself injury free. I would like to thank RHL and the team for the great Championship they put on, riding at some awesome tracks over the years. I now have my sights set on making my pro debut next year in the MX2 class."
