Camping Booking Process

Camping opens: 27th March at 10:00am

How to apply:

  • Go to our website and select “Camping”
  • The booking link will also be sent via email (mailing list) and shared on social media

Important:

The form is limited to the first 70 submissions, which are expected to fill within the first hour. Once full, the form will close. A final release of spaces will take place on 10th April. There is no waiting list.

After applying:

  • You’ll receive a confirmation of enquiry email with further details
  • If we have not sold out prior to your enquiry we will call you to complete your booking. If we have sold out before we reach your enquiry, you will receive an email to state you have been unccessful this time and can re-apply on the 10th April

Booking calls:

  • Calls begin Monday 30th March from 1:00pm
  • This is the only day we will call
  • Make sure you are available to answer
  • Applications are processed in order of form submission

Pitch availability:

  • Limited numbers of:
    • 12 x 5 pitches
    • 10 x 5 pitches
  • Allocated first come, first served
  • Once they’re gone, they’re gone

If you don’t secure your preferred pitch size, you can reapply on 10th April.

Vehicle Requirements

  • Motorhomes / self-sufficient vehicles only
  • No caravans permitted
  • Trailers must fit within your allocated pitch

Important:

  • If you miss the call, you will not be contacted again
  • You will need to reapply on 10th April

Please note:

  • Do not call the office to book
  • All camping reservations must go through the official application process only
  • One booking per person
  • Riders must complete their event entry before booking a camping space and purchase any additional weekend event tickets
  • Spectators must purchase all relevant weekend event tickets before booking a camping space
  • Each booking/ Camper is limited to a maximum of six people.
  • There is NO reserve list
  • The booking must be in the name of someone over the age of 18 years old

If you do not answer when contacted, we will not attempt to reach you again.

Code of Conduct

The RHL team operates a zero-tolerance policy regarding abusive behavior or language. Any inappropriate conduct may result in the denial of your camping application.
