What is Weston Beach Race?
Weston Beach Race is one of the UK’s biggest off-road motorsport events, bringing thousands of riders and spectators to Weston-super-Mare for a full weekend of racing, entertainment and everything that makes Weston Beach Race unique.
When is Weston Beach Race 2026?
The 43rd Weston Beach Race takes place from 16th–18th October 2026 on Weston-super-Mare beach.
Where does Weston Beach Race take place?
The event takes place on Weston-super-Mare beach in Somerset. Therace circuit is built directly onto the beach and changes throughout the weekend as the racing and tide take their toll.

What happens at Weston Beach Race?
There is racing throughout the weekend across a huge range of classes, including Adult Solos, youth racing (As young as 7!), quads, sidecars and SXS. There is also plenty happening away from the track, including trade stands, food and drink, entertainment and activities for the whole family.
Who can attend Weston Beach Race?
Weston Beach Race is open to everyone. Whether you’re a first-time visitor, a lifelong motocross fan or simply looking for something different to do with the family, there is something to see and do across the weekend.
Do I need a ticket to attend?
Yes. Spectators need a valid event ticket to enter the event on the Saturday and Sunday. The Friday is FREE to spectate the SXS class. Children and adults have different ticket options, with discounted ticket options available before the event.
Can I buy tickets on the day?
Tickets will be available on the day, subject to availability, but online tickets are recommended as discount prices and ticket options can offer better value.
Can I camp at Weston Beach Race?
Our on-site camping is currently sold out. Our Camping partners at Riverside Holiday Village still have pitches available.

Can I bring a dog?
Dogs are welcome at the event, but they must be kept under control and on a lead at all times.
Is Weston Beach Race suitable for children?
Absolutely. Weston Beach Race is a family-friendly event, with youth racing, entertainment, food, trade stands and plenty to see around the site. We offer discounts on Family tickets – that are only available online.
What should I wear to Weston Beach Race?
Come prepared for a proper day on the beach. October weather can change quickly, so warm, waterproof clothing and suitable footwear are strongly recommended. Expect sand and plenty of walking.

Yes. The tide is an important part of Weston Beach Race. It affects the beach, the circuit and how the track develops throughout the weekend. Race schedules and the circuit layout are designed around the conditions.

Yes. There are a wide range of food and drink traders across the event site, offering everything from quick snacks and hot drinks to proper meals.

Lost property should be handed to the event team. If you’ve lost something during the weekend, speak to a member of event staff or contact the Weston Beach Race team after the event.
