Careful selection of units, to ensure all traders can trade to the best of their ability
Onsite Standpipe – no additional charge
Allocation of vehicle and staff passes
Staff Pass swap scheme to allow for different staff on each day of trading
Dedicated Food Hygiene officer working with you ensuring compliance for visiting NSC Officials
Upto 3 days of trading, with audiences between 15,000 – 20,000 over the event period

Sweet Pitches are a fixed price and are shown within the booking information
Food Pitches are priced individually dependent upon product being sold with a price range between £1,500 to £3,700 plus VAT
All pitch fees are subject to a Waste Disposal Fee of £150.00 plus VAT
Pitch fees will include the use of the Standpipe situated on site
Power can be booked and provided through our power partner and information for this is contained within the booking pack

Food containers to be recyclable/bio degradeable/cardboard
Individual sauce and condiments not acceptable – please use large containers for multi use.
Waste Oil to be disposed of by the Caterer at their own cost
Waste water must be disposed of in the appropriate containers, not on the ground
Units to be kept clean of rubbish at all times
Seating to be provided at own expense to operator and declared at point of booking.
Cardboard to be flat packed for collection by site waste operatives
Onsite Waste Company will visit each unit to discuss collection times and waste segregation
Where Operator is providing own Generator – this must be diesel only
On site Unit inspections will be carried out and you will be issued with inspection pass

All Units must be in situ no later than the Thursday prior to the event
Be prepared for all types of weather
No plastics allowed
Must accept customer reuseable cup in presented
All disposable food containers, must be environmentally disposable
No petrol generators allowed on site
Strict vehicle stock movement times
The Organiser reserves the right to restrict your menu – this will be notified upon confirmation of successful booking by the Organiser
