Filming
- During the course of the event weekend you have the opportunity to be interviewed and filmed to promote your company. If you wish to be part of this, please contact our Media Team
- Drone filming is restricted over the weekend to RHL Media Pilot – in line with aviation regulations and event Health and Safety Guidance
- Specific media footage can be arranged with our filming crew
Advertising
- Free Business listing on the RHL Website event page. Contact the media team if you wish to take advantage of this
- 15% discount applied for persons/company wishing to utilise any of the event Advertising opportunities, to include onsite Social Media Screen, Timing Screen, Official Program.
- A program advertising booking form is attached
PROMOTIONS
- Availability for, promotional material, marketing mailshots to our database
- Use of promotional personnel/grid girls is allowable
- Two large screens within the event site – Availability for logo and advertising placements
- Any promotional giveaways intended to be used on your space, must be notified to RHL Activities in advance as this may affect waste management
LEAFLET DISTRIBUTION
- As part of the RHL Environmental Code NO leaflet distribution is permitted on site.
