Are you prepared for booking your camping space?

Before calling the office please make sure you have read the below information and have everything ready.

Spectator – Have I brought my event tickets?

Rider – Have I entered? If more than three of you including yourself staying in the camper, please ensure you have purchased additional weekend spectator tickets online at www.rhlactivities.com

What information you need when calling to place your booking?

- UCR or Riders Full Name if you are a rider (Please ensure you have entered before calling)

- Address & Contract Information if you are a spectator

- How many people will be staying with you in the camper

- Ticket Order ID Number if applicable

- What size pitch you would like (10m x 5m or 12m x 5m)

- Vehicle Make/Model & Registration

Please note we do not accept caravans, cars, motorbikes or tents within this camping area. There is a maximum of 6 Adults staying in each unit. A booking cannot be taken if you do not have sufficient event passes.
