Crendon Fastrack Honda's MX2 rider Jay Hague currently sits in 15th position in the Official ACU British Motocross Championship heading into Duns, Scotland on August 28th and 29th. With Duns being the penultimate round of the 2021 it's set to provide some epic battles as the British Championship riders prepare for the season finale at Landrake in September.
We caught up with Jay to see what his thoughts are currently on his Championship position, thoughts on Duns and more below.
"I'm looking forward to Duns as it's the most local round for me and a track I have grew up racing on. There is some good history at Duns, I got my first moto win there back in 2017. Got a slight knee injury but the pain is bearable so all should be good for the round. I'm not overly pleased with the position I hold within the British Championship but I've had some back luck along the way this season, so not really focusing on the Championship anymore just on each race."
