Libby Currently rides in the PP Sports WMX championship along side the boys in the SW85 class. We discussed her season and how she is feeling going into the final round at Landrake.

Hi Libby! Landrake is a well known track that is used by many championships, have you ever ridden there? and are you looking forward to it?

"I'm looking forward to landrake I've never rode there before I've heard its good with some good jumps which I love"

How are you practicing in preparation for the final round?

"I try to get out practicing during the week and I race every weekend"

How do you like riding in with the boys? obviously we are aiming to have more girls on the line, but being in with the boys must be challenging!

"im used to riding with the boys ive been racing since i was 6 i dont really think about it now, i just go out and beat them!"

What would you say to a girl who wants to start motocross? What made you want to start motocross?

"do it!! We need more girls in motocross, dont be put off by the boys they soon get over the fact that they are getting beat by a girl and youll make friends for life"

"Ive been around bikes all my life, my dad raced motorbikes and he got me a pw50 when i was 4 and ive not stopped since, dont think i ever will.It can be tough and i do get frustrated when im not riding at my best but i keep pushing theres nowhere id rather be than in the paddock and riding"
