I am experiencing problems making a payment online. How can you help?

You must be registered with 3D Secure (also known as Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode) for your payment to be authorised. If your payment fails with an error message, it may mean that your bank has not authorise payment because you're not enrolled for 3D Secure. Please contact your bank and request for 3DS to be activated.

How do I download my tickets?

To download your tickets please log into your RHL account and click on my orders, select the order ID which the tickets were purchased under and scroll down to the first item on the order where you will have a 'Download Your Ticket' option.

How old do you need to be to be classified as a Child?

Child tickets are for anyone aged 4 to 12 years old.

What does a Family ticket consist of?

A Family Ticket is for 2 Adults (Aged over 12 years Old) and 2 Children (Aged 4 to 12)

Do I need to have my ticket printed to give to the team on arrival?

No you do not as long as you are happy for the team to have your device to scan
