Do my tickets get emailed to me?

Tickets are automatically generated within your RHL account. You can access your ticket from the order within the 'My Order's Tab.

What age is a Childs ticket?

Childs ticket is for anyone aged 4 years old to 12 years old.

My Child is under 4, how much are they?

Child under the age of 4 are free.

Do I have to print off my ticket?

You don't need to print off your tickets along as you're happy for a member of the team to scan the ticket on arrival to the event.

Are dogs allowed to the event?

Yes dogs are allowed however must be kept on a lead at all times

What does a family ticket consist of?

Family ticket is for 2 Adults and 2 Children (Aged 4 to 12)
