Tewkesbury School Supports Freddie Gardiner for the 2022 season
24th February, 2022

Freddie Gardiner is a youth rider who is coming through the ranks within the British Motocross Championship. Placing in sixth position in the Small Wheel 85cc class in the 2021 season, Freddie is now making his way into into the Big Wheel 85cc class for the coming season with the Matt Gardiner MX KTM Race team.

The Matt Gardiner MX KTM Race team is not the only support that Freddie will be receiving for this season, Tewkesbury School in Gloucestershire, which Freddie is currently attending is providing financial support for Freddie to race in the Revo ACU British Motocross Championship Fuelled by Gulf Race Fuels.

Gary Watson, Headteacher of Tewkesbury School, said "All of us at Tewkesbury School are delighted with the exceptional progress that Freddie Gardiner is making with motocross. Freddie is a delightful young man and one of whom we are very proud. He takes his school work very seriously and has to manage his time very carefully at such a young age to ensure that his studies are not compromised by his heavy commitment to his training. Recently, our trustees decided to lend some financial support to Freddie ahead of the British Championship in the hope that we can do that little bit to further encourage Freddie with his dreams and aspirations. We all wish Freddie and his family well for the future and look forward with interest to this season's results".
