Q. What time can I set up my Pits

We ask all Riders to work with each other, 15 minutes prior to racing

Q. Who is doing the full track and who is doing half

The track lengths will be as per the Supplementary Regulations, with the exception of

Vintage, weather permitting. Weather is being monitored constantly.

Q. Can I Use Easi Ups in the Pits

NO – Adverse Weather – no temporary structures of any kind

Q. I am a rider in the vintage and adult solo race, how does this work

You can choose which race to be scored in .

Vintage and Solo Dual racers will be contacted post event after the 13th October 2025

Q. I am a Vintage Rider how will I start my race

You will be escorted from Parc Ferme down onto the ramp leading on to the beach

and you will be started under 15 second, 5 second and flag start.

Q. We are sharing a transponder for the adult and vintage race. What do we do

Visit our transponder team who will work with you in resolving this.

Q. Can we go in and check the bikes

All riders will be allowed into the Parc Ferme 30 minutes prior to their race to check

their bike and get ready for racing. Machines must not be started until instructed by

the Clerk of the Course.

Q. How are bikes getting out of parc ferme as they are all in the wrong order now

The RHL Team will put machines into the correct race order as in previous years

Q. I am a race marshal what time do I need to be on site

Marshal briefing is 07:30am

Q. What time is the ticket office open

07:00am

Q. Can I pick my machine up this evening

Machine can be collected between 07:00am – 07:30am on Sunday morning

Q. Is technical control open on Sunday

Due to exceptional circumstances this will be carried out during a limited time

at the RHL Awning, between 07:00 – 07:30am do not go to the Welcome Office all

paper work now is with event administration at the RHL Compound

Q. Can we Park on the Beach

Beach car parking will be specifically for competitors and mechanics and will be

open from 06:30hrs in the morning. Ensure you are aware of the tide times

displayed.
