Welcome to the Opening Round of the Revo ACU British Motocross Championship Fuelled by Gulf Race Fuels

The Revo ACU British Motocross Championship Fuelled by Gulf Race Fuels will take place at notorious circuit of Culham MX Park near Abingdon in Oxfordshire. Competitors from across the UK and Europe will attend the Official British Motocross Championship which gives riders the opportunity to take the only British Motocross Championship title.

The Revo ACU British Motocross Championship Fuelled by Gulf Race Fuels is the perfect day out for anyone who is interested in motorsport but also those who are looking for a family day out. During your time at the event you will see riders battle it out to the chequered flag in each race as the Championship begins its 2022 season tour before the ACU British Motocross Champions are crowned at the final round on September 10th and 11th.

Travel & Parking

Looking to plan your travel and parking? Below we have outlined some key information to assist with your journey and arrival to the event. The event is situated off the A415 between Abingdon and Clifton Hampden. You can use OX14 3DA for the nearest postcode and you will see sign posts for 'British Motocross Championship' closer to the event. You can also use What3Words for the event which are SPINS.IGNITES.NICKNAMES Please note parking is on grass and may not be suitable for low slung cars.

Camping

Camping is available for spectators overnight on the Saturday for a fee of £10 per unit plus the cost of spectator tickets.

Rider Signings

The British Motocross Championship teams do carry out opportunities at rounds for spectators to get a signature from the riders, pick up a poster or giveaways. These details will be announced closer to the event to which teams will be available at certain times throughout the event.

About the Circuit

Set on the grassy banks of the River Thames, the challenging circuit has played host to countless national events including the British GP and while its changed over the years it remains as its old school layout using the natural contours of the steep bankside to its full effect with a few man made jumps thrown in.

                  Sunday Race Schedule

                  - Dry Weather Timetable

                  - Start Practice will be as per the specific time race schedule published at the event

                  - Sighting laps are at the discretion of the Race Director

                  The podium will take place on the Sunday 30 minutes after the finish of the last race - pending the appeal time.

                  Change of Programme of Races - Weather and Track Conditions

                  The race timetable is conditional on ideal weather and track conditions. The Clerk of the Course in conjunction with the Race Direction team may make any change for each event, depending on weather and track conditions, they deem necessary.

                  During your visit you will see the UK's Best Youth and Adult Motocross riders and a number of European and GP riders do battle at the popular and challenging circuit situated along the grassy banks of the River Thames just outside Abingdon in Oxfordshire.

                  The Revo ACU British Motocross Championship Fuelled by Gulf Race Fuels is the Official British Motocross Championship sanctioned by the UK's only Governing body ACU (Auto Cycle Union) where competitors can battle across the designated number of rounds for the season to fight for the ultimate title of the ACU British Motocross Champion for their respective class.

                  Within the British Motocross Championship you will see riders from the age of 6 years old to riders over the age of 30 in their respective classes based on the bike they run which is also associated to age brackets.

                  There isn't just the racing to come and see but throughout the event you will get opportunities to see riders at their team set ups within the rider paddock and have the opportunity at a designated time to join in the teams rider signings. (Rider Signings Schedules are finalised and published the week of the event)
